1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website.
All cleaning will be carried out by trained staff.
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking & Payments
Payment is required [before service / on the day of service / within X days] unless otherwise arranged.
We accept card, cash and bank transfer
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
If we arrive and cannot access the property, the service will be charged in full.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Any pets must be secured during the cleaning.
Please remove or secure fragile or valuable items before service.
We are not responsible for items left unsecured.
5. Liability
While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.
If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will cover repair or replacement up to the value of the item.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.
We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no extra cost.
7. Health & Safety
Our staff follow strict health and safety protocols.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or put our staff at risk.
8. Changes to Terms
Pure Care Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated terms.
